Ice Set Armor drop by Echele

the ice set armor states that its part of a set compirsing of armor shield and helm does this mean that the combine to form 1 item? or does it give a set bonus ?

does increasing diffculty improve the drop rate for ice set armor? cause i;ve killed echele about 15 time ; 2 on very easy 4 normal and 9 times on very hard and have only gotten the armor part of ice set armor its goddam frustrating
especially when the cinematics areant instant and i have to kill the irritating hashmalum and wait for some of the quest in the main storyline to be available

Yeah, the set system has been cancelled since it is unfeasible to program.

? what do u mean unfeasible when u ahve 3 parts in ur inventory they can combine to form another item
i've seen it done in custom hero arena revolution and wilderness survival co-op

Combining items is easy. But the challenge is keeping the original items and just giving a passive bonus if you have a set (partially/completely) that does not take up an item or ability slot.

Hmm... You could free up a ton of abilities by moving the innate to a spell-book. It would mean an extra step getting to the skill (is this going to be a problem, do you think?), but it would also mean the limitbreak idea that Darkmega started becomes a lot easier to deal with on that front.

What Zergling_Man suggested is not possible due to the spellbook-bug (it forbids us to put spellbooks of any kind into the map).

The bug is caused by the way that master and ultimate master bonuses are applied, we'll propably fix it sometime.
